SIGN THE PETITION TO CALL FOR AN END TO ADANI’S SPONSORSHIP OF THE SCIENCE MUSEUM
Dear Board of Trustees of the Science Museum,
We respectfully request that you conduct a thorough investigation into the Adani Group's complicity in acts of genocide. Based on the findings of this investigation, we urge you to make an informed decision regarding the continuation or termination of the sponsorship agreement with Adani Green Energy at the forthcoming board meeting in autumn 2024.
Here is a comprehensive report detailing the Adani Group's investments in arming the Israeli military. The Science Museum is accepting profits made from "battle tested" weapons used to murder and orphan children. We call you to end your sponsorship with Adani.
We kindly ask for confirmation that the Board of Trustees will:
Initiate an investigation into the connections between the Adani Group and the Israeli military.
Discuss the results of this investigation at the next board meeting.
Decide on the continuation or termination of the sponsorship agreement with Adani

The Science Museum’s stated mission is dedicated to “inspiring the next generation of scientists, inventors and engineers is our work towards a society where all people feel that science is “for them”. And yet, the sponsor and namesake of the new Adani Green Energy Gallery is a subsidiary of the Adani Group, which makes military equipment for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF); weapons used to kill, maim, and orphan children in Gaza.
• Adani Group + Elbit Systems make the lethal Hermes 900 drones for the IDF. In 2023 and 2024, the Israeli government used these drones to bomb Gaza, killing thousands of civilians.
• Adani Group + Israel Weapon Industries jointly own PLR Systems. PLR stands for: Precise, Lethal, Reliable. They manufacture assault and sniper rifles and machine guns for the IDF. They are now developing AI-controlled weapons too.
• Adani Group also owns a 70% stake in the port of Haifa and has promised to transform it in order to further Israel’s expansion and occupation over Palestinian life and land.
We won’t stay silent when the cultural and educational institutions that our children visit are complicit in genocide. Join us to demand the Science Museum terminates the sponsorship agreement with Adani Green Energy.
